Mrs. Deborah Sovereign, CPA, CGMA, CEMP serves as Company Advisor for Kellogg & Sovereign Consulting (K&S). Mrs. Sovereign provides training and mentoring for the company’s E-Rate and RHC teams. Her passion is assisting schools and libraries with securing access to affordable information services. She works daily with the FCC’s E-Rate and RHC programs which are excellent programs to meet this need. Mrs. Sovereign currently serves as President of the E-rate Management Professionals Association. She holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University, Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma and Texas, Chartered Global Management Accountant (AICPA), and Certified E-Rate Management Professional. She has a wide range of experience in accounting, technology, training and financial analysis for various organizations. Prior roles include tax accountant, management advisory consultant, accounting software integrator, adjunct faculty, and financial analyst. Experience with large CPA firms including Arthur Andersen & Co. and Ernst & Whinney, regional and local CPA firms, a regional university, and two computer consulting companies. Mrs. Sovereign enjoys teaching others about the intricacies of the E-rate and RHC programs, and continues to utilize her CPA expertise in managing the E-Rate program and assisting KSLLC’s clients in successfully navigating through the E-Rate process.
